Every product Leafology sells - every flower jar, every edible, every pre-roll - is traceable to a licensed New York cultivator and tested by a state-certified laboratory. CAURD licensees are held to the most rigorous compliance standards in the country, from ID verification to product intake to destruction of non-compliant inventory.
Our license authorizes both in-store retail sales and cannabis delivery throughout Westchester County. It can be verified at any time on the NY OCM licensee database.

Operated by individuals impacted by cannabis prohibition, minority-owned, women-led, veteran-operated, distressed farmers, or nonprofits serving disproportionately impacted communities.
All owners and key employees pass New York State background checks before licensing is issued.
Detailed financial and ownership disclosure filed with the NY OCM to prevent illicit funding and ensure transparency.
OCM-approved security protocols including video surveillance, access control, secure storage, and transportation procedures.
Documented plan for hiring from and reinvesting into the surrounding community, including local nonprofits and social equity initiatives.
Every product tracked from cultivation through processing, distribution, and sale via OCM-sanctioned tracking software (BioTrack / Metrc).
Products must pass third-party lab testing for potency, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals, microbial contaminants, mycotoxins, and residual solvents.
21+ government-issued ID verification for every customer. No exceptions. Minors may not enter the sales floor.
