Leafology Cannabis Company operates a licensed Adult-Use Retail Dispensary at 244 Main Street, Suite 1, White Plains, NY 10601, licensed by the New York Office of Cannabis Management. These Terms of Service govern use of our website, in-store purchases, and delivery orders for adults 21 years of age and older in Westchester County, New York.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Leafology Cannabis Company website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website, purchase products, or use any services offered by Leafology Cannabis Company. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and possess a valid government-issued photo identification.
3. Products and Services
Leafology Cannabis Company is a licensed Adult-Use Retail Dispensary operating under a license issued by the New York Office of Cannabis Management. All products sold are regulated cannabis products intended for adult use only. Product availability, pricing, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery Services
Delivery services are available within Westchester County, New York, subject to a minimum order of $100. The person who placed the order must be present at the delivery address with a valid 21+ government-issued photo ID. Delivery is not available to Connecticut or other states.
5. Payment
We accept Cash and Debit Card. An ATM is available on site. All sales are final. Defective products may be returned or exchanged at the discretion of store management within the timeframe permitted by applicable regulations.
6. Compliance and New York Possession Limits
All purchases and possession must comply with New York State cannabis laws under the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA). Adults 21 and older may legally possess up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or 24 grams of concentrate for personal use. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws regarding cannabis use, possession, and transport.
