These Terms of Service govern use of our website, in-store purchases, and delivery orders for adults 21 years of age and older in Westchester County, New York.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Age Requirement

3. Products and Services

4. Delivery Services
Enter your full delivery address in the live menu to confirm current service availability and delivery options before placing an order. Check your cart for the current minimum, fees, taxes and offer eligibility before placing an order. Check the delivery options and cutoff shown at checkout, or contact the store for current timing. A driving estimate is not a dispatch or arrival guarantee. Delivery requires age and ID verification. Follow the recipient instructions on your order confirmation and contact the store before dispatch if someone else needs to receive it. Delivery is not available to Connecticut or other states.
5. Payment and Order Questions

6. Compliance and New York Possession Limits
All purchases and possession must comply with New York State cannabis laws under the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA). Adults 21 and older may legally possess up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or 24 grams of concentrate for personal use.
