Beak and Skiff traces back to 1911, when George Skiff and Andrew Beak started a family apple business in LaFayette, New York that grew into a farm spanning generations. Leadership today includes Eddie Brennan, President and Co-Owner of Beak and Skiff, a fifth-generation member of the Skiff family.
