In New York, the company operates through a second, separate entity: Fernway New York, LLC. New York's Cannabis Control Board resolution records list Fernway New York, LLC holding Adult-Use Distributor License OCM-DIST-26-000218.

No separately named New York manufacturing partner distinct from Fernway's own New York distributor entity was found for this page. Product sold in New York is formulated and made at the Massachusetts facility and brought into the state through Fernway New York, LLC's distribution license.
