For sleep-focused customers, tinctures are often preferred because the onset timing is predictable. Take a measured dose 20 minutes before bed, lights out when the effect lands. Edibles work for the same use case but require taking them earlier (60 to 90 minutes before bed) and are less precise for fine-tuning dose.

For recovery and recurring symptom management, tinctures also allow sub-single-dose titration. If 15mg is too much and 10mg is too little, a tincture can deliver 12mg. An edible cannot subdivide that cleanly.

For calm and focus daytime use, either format works, and the choice comes down to personal preference. FOY produces both format families for most outcome categories.
